Delivery Information

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse.

Processing of your order will begin after payment is received. We will provide you with an estimated delivery date in your dispatch notification email and aim to inform you should there be any changes. 

Make sure that the shipping address is correct as Migliore Concept OÜ unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.

The delivery time for products in stock is 1-14 days, for ordered products up to 30 days. Delivery cost depends on the selected shipping method, but no more than 12,40 €. 

 

Guarantee of quality

Poivre Blanc guarantees originality, high quality and authenticity of all products sold at the store. If the customer has questions or complaints regarding quality, he or she can:

  • return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt in accordance with current legislation;
  • receive advice, which includes a comment directly from the brand (if necessary).

We recommend customers not to accept the delivered goods, if the packaging is damaged. Please return the goods to the courier and inform us about it by e-mail: info@poivre-blanc.ee

 

Shipping to third countries (Non European Union Countries)

  1. All orders are dispatched from Europe.
  2. For all goods, which are purchased in our webshop, VAT is not excluding. We does not offer VAT refund services to customers who order to an address within the EU and then export their purchase to a country outside the EU.
  3. The customer must be informed of the applicable charges and laws of his country for the import of products from third countries. Our company have no information about these costs and can not tell them in advance.
  4. All fees and import duties (local VAT, customs fees and any other) are at the cusmoter´s expense. We are not responsible for any customs fees. By purchasinig our products, customer agrees that package may be taxed at his country´s customs and he is responsible for paying the fees.
  5. A parcel is not considered lost or shipment could not be canceled, if it is seized by the customs and the customer refuses to proceed with all the procedures needed for import. We are not responsible if the all or part of the order is seized by the customs of the customer ´s country.
  6. We cannot predict and take the responsibility of the delivery delays which may occur while delivering to your country.
  7. When the order is made, the customer will receive the information about tracking number and later he will be informed about the parcel by his local customs.
  8. A parcel is not considered lost if the customer provides us with wrong information (misspelled name/address, wrong phone number, wrong address (city, post code, house number).
